Kurukshtera University IIHS Merit List 2025 OUT: Kurukshetra University’s Institute of Integrated & Honors Studies (IIHS) has released today i.e. July 1, the First Merit List 2025 for undergraduate and integrated courses. The provisional Merit List-I, featuring serial numbers 1 to 200 (for BA courses) and 1 to 150 (B.Sc Physical Sciences), is now available online and shortlisted candidates are required to attend subject selection and document verification on July 2, 2025 from 8:30 AM. The admission fee after physical counselling has to be deposited by July 3, 2025, to confirm the admission. To download the merit list, candidates should visit the official IIHS KUK online admission portal where links for various courses such as BA General, B.Sc, BTTM, and integrated MSc programs are provided. Applicants do not need to login using their login credentials to check the appropriate first merit list out of provided courses.

For the counselling process, candidates whose names appear in the merit list must strictly follow the schedule published on the IIHS portal. They should bring all original documents, including 10th and 12th mark sheets, caste certificate (if applicable), income proof (for BC/EWS), Aadhaar card, and Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) for verification. The counselling will be conducted in person, and only those with complete documents will be allowed to proceed with subject selection.

• Candidates need to first access the official portal, ums.kuk.ac.in.
• From the sidebar, they need to click on "Merit List" option.
• From the dropdown, they should select "IIHS Merit List" option.
• They will be redirected to IIHS KUK Online Admission Portal .
• Once on the admission portal, candidates can select their appropriate courses to check the first merit list.
• Candidates can also download the merit list since it's available in the PDF format.

• After seeing the first provisional Merit List online, students must come in person with their original documents for counselling at the scheduled place and time. If you don’t attend the physical counselling, you lose your chance for admission.
• For BA courses and B.Sc Physical Sciences, the physical counselling will be conducted for two days for the 1st provisional Merit list as mentioned below:

• B.Sc. (Physical Sciences):

  • Students with rank 1 to 150 on the merit list should come on July 9, 2025.

  • Students with rank 151 and above should come on July 10, 2025.

• B.A. (Bachelor of Arts):

  • Students with rank 1 to 200 should come on July 7, 2025.

  • Students with rank 201 and above should come on July 8, 2025.
• During the counselling, you will choose your subjects and show your original documents.
• Subject choice is based on your rank in the merit list and the reservation rules.
• If any reserved seats (except SC) are empty after counselling, and no eligible reserved candidate is available, those seats will be given to General Category (Haryana) students.
• If no Haryana General Category student is available, the seat will be given to students from all over India.
