VITEEE 2025 Scholarship Eligibility
Here is the eligibility criterion for VITEEE 2025 scholarships and awards for institutions.

VITEEE Scholarship given under “GV School Development Programme” (GVSDP) | Awarded based on meritorious rank in the VIT Engineering Entrance Exam, with criteria for continuation annually. |
Smt. Rajeswari Viswanathan Memorial Scholarship (Financial Assistance to deserving students) | For meritorious students from economically weak backgrounds, with application details available on VTOP from mid-January. |
Merit Awards | Given to the top 10 students in each branch with above 75% attendance, no arrears, and adherence to the code of conduct. |
Cent percent Attendance Awards* | For students with 100% attendance each semester. |
Merit Awards for NRI / Foreign students | For those with no arrears, completed courses in the first attempt, CGPA above 8, and no disciplinary violations. |
Best outgoing NRI / Foreign students | One student selected for outstanding CGPA and extracurricular achievements from all engineering branches. |
Sports Scholarship | Awarded to students with notable performance in sports and games. |
