NID DAT Application 2026 Closing Today; Last chance to apply for NID entrance exam

NID DAT Application 2026 : The National Institute of Design will close NID DAT Application 2026 today, at 11:59 PM. All interested and eligible candidates who have not yet applied are required to complete their submission by this deadline to be considered for the upcoming test.
It is crucial to note that submission of the application does not automatically guarantee eligibility to appear for the examination. The authorities will conduct a thorough screening of applications to verify eligibility criteria, and only those that meet the requirements will proceed to subsequent stages, including the test scheduled for December 21, 2025, for admissions to the 2026–2027 B.Des and M.Des programs. If any application gets rejected, no refund will be provided for the registration fee.

First, candidates must register on the admissions.nid.edu portal by selecting their program, category, and indicating their PwD status (if applicable), followed by completing the sign-up procedure. Upon registration, candidates will be required to log in using their credentials (email, date of birth, password) to access the application form.

Candidates must then upload the requisite documents as specified, which include a photograph, signature, PwD/caste certificate (if applicable), and passport. The final step involves making the application fee payment and clicking ‘Submit’ to finalize the process. Each step is mandatory; omission of any will result in rejection. For technical assistance or queries, candidates are advised to contact NID officials. Once submitted, candidates must take a printout of the application for future reference. Candidates must ensure timely submission and adherence to guidelines to avoid complications.
