NTA SWAYAM July 2025 Semester Registration: Important Instructions
Here are the important instructions to be followed by the candidates, while filling up the NTA SWAYAM July 2025 Semester registration form:
- Each applicant is permitted to submit only one application, and it must be completed online.
- Candidates are required to use the same email ID throughout the entire course duration both for enrolling in courses and for registering for examinations.
- Assignments submitted using a different email ID will not be considered for the final consolidated score or certification.
- If applicants choose to provide their APAAR ID in the application form, they must ensure that their Name, Date of Birth, and Gender exactly match the details recorded in the APAAR system.
- Once the personal details are entered, an application number will be generated, after which candidates can upload the required documents as per the prescribed guidelines.
- Regarding the examination fee, candidates belonging to the General category must pay Rs 750 per course and Rs 600 for each additional course. For EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, and ST candidates, the fee is Rs 500 per course and Rs 400 for each additional course. Payment can be made online using the available digital payment options.
- Candidates who wish to make corrections to their application form will be allowed to do so from November 1 to November 3, 2025, up to 11:50 PM.
The NTA has been entrusted with conducting the SWAYAM July 2025 Semester Examination, which covers 648 courses. The exams are scheduled to take place from December 11 to 14, 2025.
