The first year UG students of Vaagdevi Degree College secured outstanding marks in the UG 1styear results released by Acharya Nagarjuna University.The college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the students. Principal of the college, Mr. Suresh Babu gave the analysis of the results.
He said,“An overall pass percentage of 82 have been recorded in the first year UG results. Students of all the departments performed well and secured outstanding marks. The academic year for second year students have been already commenced and the college is working consistently to improve the pass percentage and placement percentage”.
Toppers of the college:-
- J Naga LeelaandB Ashok Reddyof BSc (MPC) secured 97.8% and stood as the toppers of the college.
- Y Naga Lakshmisecured 95% and stood in the second place.
- M Uma DeviBSc (MPCS) secured 94% and stood as the topper of the department.
- SK Shareen Unissaof BSc (MECS) secured 92% and stood as the topper of the department.
- M. Vanithaof BZC secured 91% and stood as the topper of the department.
- K Vaishnaviof B.Com Computers secured 89% and stood as the topper of the department.
The students were congratulated by the college management and faculty members. Students thanked the college management for their motivation and support.
