TSR Subramanian Committee Receives Over 1 Lakh Suggestions for New Education Policy
Prakash Javadekar said that there is no change in the reservation section.
The education ministry is working on revising the education policy for which the ministry got lakhs of suggestions which they turned into a 200-page summary. To come up with the best possible policy the government has set up 20 teams for education at the higher level and 13 teams for education at school level. The suggestions are being summarised by the TSR Subramanian committee.

The revised education policy does not include anything related to reservations. Prakash Javadekar who is the Union Minister told the reporters that government has no plans whatsoever to make changes in the reservation percentage. He also said that the policy is still not ready to present in front of the cabinet and to make it as good as possible the policy will be first presenting it to education experts.

The government plans to make a policy which help make the quality of education better in India and for that they have asked for suggestions. One can submit their suggestion using the official website of mygov till 30th September’ 16. Suggestions can include changes which will help make the education at every level, category and phase better.
