The UGC NET Form Correction for December 2025 is closing on November 12, at 11:50 PM. The form correction window opened on November 10, 2025. Students who have completed their basic registration process will be able to review and make modifications to their application form till today, for a hassle-free exam experience. It is important to note that not all fields of information can be edited during the application correction window. There are only selected fields of information that one can change or modify during this period to correct minor discrepancies before final registration submission. UGC NET Form Correction Instructions for December 2025
Here are the important rules to keep in mind while making changes during the UGC NET Form Correction process:
Students can only edit the following fields of information: Date of Birth, Student Category, Father’s Name, and Mother’s Name.
No changes will be allowed in these fields of information: Student’s Name, Gender, Photograph, Signature, Phone Number, Email Address, Permanent and Current Address, and Exam City Preference.
If any additional fee is required to be paid by a student for a change, they will have to pay it online before the final submission through Debit Card/Credit Card/NetBanking/UPI.
No changes will be allowed by the authority after the form correction deadline. If there are any discrepancies in the registration of a student after the form correction has been closed, their candidature may be cancelled by the concerned authority.
This is the last chance to edit the UGC NET Application Form for December 2025, and therefore, all students must carefully submit their edits before the specified deadline.
