The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level MBA entrance test, which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) every year during January. CMAT 2021 was delayed due to the ongoing pandemic, it was held in March and results were declared in April.

The dates for CMAT 2022 exam were supposed to be out in January last week. However, NTA is yet to release any official notification on the CMAT 2022 exam. So, the question that arises is whether CMAT 2022 will be delayed due to Omicron?

Many MBA aspirants depend on the CMAT scores for admissions after CAT and XAT scores. Hence, CMAT 2022 is eagerly awaited by most candidates. Top B-Schools in India, institutes, universities, and colleges accept CMAT scores for admissions. Approximately, more than 1300 colleges accept CMAT scores. Therefore, it is a popular exam among MBA aspirants.

Since there is no official announcement yet, it is difficult to know whether the exam will be delayed due to Omicron. Although there is a delay, candidates can expect a similar schedule as last year. The exam will not be delayed after March.

CMAT 2022 will be held through Computer Based Test (CBT). It is a moderately difficult level exam. Candidates are advised to continue with the preparation and follow the Previous Years Question paper for References. Check out the Syllabus for CMAT 2022 and start the preparations.
