Merit List Preparation

There is no written test. Your selection is based entirely on your Class 10 marks. Marks are converted into a percentage up to four decimal places. If your marks are given as grades or points, they are converted by multiplying the grade by 9.5.

Document Verification

In the event that your name is mentioned in the merit list, then you would be called to verify your documents. Your certificates will be verified by the Divisional Head (in case of BPM posts) or Sub-Divisional Head (in case of ABPM and Dak Sevak posts). Digital verification may also be carried out via DigiLocker or API SETU.

Final Selection

The final selection list is released circle-wise and category-wise on the official website indiapostgdsonline.cept.gov.in under the Tamil Nadu section. You will receive an SMS alert in case you are selected. Before final engagement, you must fulfill the required accommodation and livelihood conditions.
