The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially announced a delay in the commencement of the Online Admission Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) Counselling 2025. The announcement, published today across major Telugu newspapers, has stated that the counselling has been officially delayed and will now begin on
August 20, 2025.
According to the notification, the delay has been attributed to multiple administrative and procedural reasons, including the pending approval process of certain colleges, confirmation of fee details across government, aided, and private degree institutions, and other related administrative formalities.

Eligible candidates, who have passed Class 12 from the Board of Intermediate, Andhra Pradesh, or equivalent boards, can register by visiting
cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
Once the registration window closes, candidates will be required to exercise their web options by selecting their preferred colleges and courses.

- Visit the official OAMDC portal and select ‘New Registration.’
- Enter personal details, Intermediate marks, and contact information.

- Review the latest fee details confirmed for each college.
- Pay the registration and counselling fee through online payment gateways.
- Download and save the confirmation page for future admission processes.
Following the registration phase, APSCHE will announce dates for certificate verification and the schedule for web-based option entry. The final seat allotment result will be published based on the candidates’ merit, preferences, and availability of seats.
