DU Admissions 2018: Over 43,000 Students Register on Day 1
- Delhi University received close to 43,000 registrations for UG courses on Day 1.
- The registrations for PG courses will begin from May 18, 2018.
The University of Delhi commenced the registration process for UG courses on May 15, 2018, at 5:00 PM. Within 24 hours of the commencement of registration process, close to 43,000 students submitted the online application form on the official website of DU. The response for UG courses in DU and its affiliated colleges has been tremendous. Even though there were numerous applicants on the Day 1, there were no technical glitches with regards to the official website.
The varsity will commence the registration for PG courses and PG Diploma course in Cyber Security and Law on May 18, 2018. Similarly, registrations for M.Phil and Ph.D. courses will begin from May 20, 2018.

With an objective to clarify the queries of students and parents regarding the online application and admission process, DU will organise ‘Open Day’ session from May 21 to May 29, 2018. The sessions will take place at Conference Centre, North Campus (Gate 4). The varsity will conduct sessions from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Interested students and parents can attend the open sessions.
