List of Documents Required for CCMT Counselling 2025 Registration: The registration for CCMT Counselling 2025 started from May 14, 2025 and will last until June 4, 2025. Eligible candidates with valid GATE scores from 2023, 2024 and 2025 must fill out the counselling registration form online through the official CCMT portal, ccmt.admissions.nic.in. The counselling registration involves completion of multi step application form, uploading of required documents and payment of registration fee of Rs 3,500/- for General/ EWS/ OBC and Rs 3,000/- for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates. The registration fee is non-refundable and includes the three regular counselling rounds. When registering, candidates are required to upload scanned copies of certain documents. These include class 10 & 12 mark sheets/ certificates, photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.), mark sheets of all the undergraduate semesters and the degree or provisional certificate. If results are awaited, a course completion certificate in the prescribed manner from the CCMT website must be submitted. GATE scorecard, category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), and PwD certificate (if any) are also required during the registration process for the CCMT counselling 2025.

• Photo ID Proof - Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card
• Class 12 Marksheet/ Certificate
• GATE 2025 result (2025/2024/2023)
• Class 10 Marksheet/ Certificate
• Mark Sheet or Grade Sheet of UG Semester Exams (All semesters)
• Degree or Provisional Certificate (if the undergraduate results are pending, you can download the 'Course Completion Certificate' from the CCMT website, fill it, get the signature of the principal, and upload it on the CCMT portal.)
• GATE 2025 result (2025/2024/2023)
• Category Certificate
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)

Candidates without a valid EWS/ OBC-NCL certificate issued after April 1, 2025, can upload the old certificate temporarily, but they shall submit the updated one at admission. After seat allotment, physical reporting at the allotted Institute requires all original documents for verification, i.e. migration and transfer certificate, character certificate, recent passport-size photos. All originals are returned after verification.
