For engineering courses, DTE Maharashtra prepared a separate merit list based on the score secured by candidates in MHT-CET 2017.

For checking the CAP Round 3 seat allotment list, the candidates who took part in CAP 3 must visit the official website of DTE Maharashtra. Check the column that indicates ‘B.E/ B.Tech Admissions 2017’. Click on the relevant link and enter the Registration Number and other prescribed details.

DTE Maharashtra has also released the CAP Round 3 seat allotment results for pharmacy courses.

In 2017, there is a moderate demand for engineering courses in Maharashtra. Many students who are passing out of Class 10 are opting for ITIs instead of Polytechnic courses. The demand for polytechnic courses has been declining every year. Usually, the candidates who pass out from Diploma in Polytechnic can seek direct admission to B.Tech (Lateral Entry) course.
