NCHER visits Nagpur University

National Commission for Higher Education & Research (NCHER) visited RTM Nagpur University.The commission granted total 20 crore rupees funds to the RTM Nagpur University under National higher Education scheme.

The team from National Commission for Higher Education & Research (NCHER) checked all the facilities in the Nagpur University(NU).The committee checked on which facilities the amount will be spent by the RTM Nagpur University.

The committee head Manisha Varma,Secretary Ministry of Human resource and development along with the members visited different departments of the university and checked the facilities.

The commission granted first 5 crore rupees to the RTN Nagpur university of total 20 crore rupees fund granted.

University Vice Chancellor Dr.C.P.Kane discussed spending funds in university for different facilities and research with the committee.

The committee guided the NU about the use of the fund to built better research and other facilities in the university.

Dr.Doble gave a detail presentation to committee about different schemes in the RTM Nagpur university.

The committee asked the university to use this funds for better computer facilities e-journals and ebooks in the university library.This funds will also be very useful for research activity of the students and file further patents of the research done by the students in the university.
