Candidates who have been offered the opportunity of admission shall choose any of the given options before the last date, May 20, 202 5. • Candidates who are not satisfied with the current offers and would still like to wait for better offers in the following rounds, as per their higher preferences, shall choose this option of "Reject and Wait".

• Once a candidates choose to reject the offer, he/she will not be made the same offer again, and they will only be made different offers in future rounds.

• After carefully checking their offers, candidates may choose the "Reject and Wait" option, as after submission of the decision, it cannot be undone.

• If candidates do not access the COAP portal or make a decision within the given period, all offers in that round will automatically be considered as "Rejected". Although candidates will still be considered for higher preferences in the subsequent rounds.
