Students to Now Gain Exposure on The AKTU Portal

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (Aketiu) is now preparing to give exposure to the students of affiliated colleges .

The portal will be launched soon on the website of the university in which all innovations, search and achievements of students of affiliated colleges will be published. In this regard, on behalf of the university a letter will sent be to all institutions on May 20 .

All the college have been asked to provide latest details of all the innovations and research involving their students.

The details will be published as a bulletin on the portal. University VC Prof. Vinay Pathak said it will also help in the placement of students. The achievements of colleges and Innovation of students will be shown on the portal. The portal will be built in addition to its print copy.

UPTU envisions to facilitate and nurture the quality of technical education and research in its own premises as well as all affiliating institutions. The total number of affiliated colleges was 49 in the year 2000 which has now gone up to 238 and the University is still growing.

The University Conducts State level Entrance Examination U.P.-S.E.E. for admission to various programs in institutions affiliated to UPTU and some Universities of U.P.. The University conducts central examinations in each semester for all the affiliated colleges and institutions and declares results quickly using technology-enabled systems. At present around 4,00,000 students are enrolled in its various programmes.
