TG NMMS 2025 Extended Registration Window to be Closed on October 18
Telangana NMMS 2025-26 registration deadline has been extended. Students of Class 8, who have not yet registered can apply online and pay the fee by October 18.
TG NMMS 2025 Extended Registration Window: The Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana, has extended the deadline to register for the NMMS 2025-26 exam. Class 8 students are now allowed to register online and pay the exam fee until October 18, 2025 . Headmasters need to ensure that the printed application forms, nominal rolls, and SBI fee receipts are provided to the District Educational Officers (DEOs) by October 22, and these will then be sent to the Director of Government Examinations, Hyderabad, by October 24.
The NMMS scheme assists meritorious students from economically weaker sections. Eligible students must be studying in Class 8 in recognized government or aided schools, with parental income less than Rs 3,50,000 . Such students will be provided a scholarship of Rs 12,000 per year from Class 9 to Class 12 , to be credited directly to their bank accounts through the National Scholarship Portal, provided they have satisfactory grades.
Telangana NMMS 2025-26: How to Register?
Students can directly register for the NMMS 2025-26 exam by following these simple steps mentioned below
- Visit the official website of BSE Telangana at bse.telangana.gov.in and click on “NMMS 2025-26 Application”.
- Fill in all the required student and school details carefully.
- Upload required documents: Income Certificate, Caste Certificate, and Photo.
- Pay the examination fee through SBI Collect.
- Download and print the application form and the nominal roll.
- Submit the printed form and fee receipts to the school principal for further processing.
Students are requested to complete the TG NMMS 2025-26 application process within the extended dates, as no further extension will be entertained. The deadline cut-off date will not be relaxed.
