  • 1 जनवरी 1962 से पहले आए तिब्बती शरणार्थी पात्र हैं
  • पाकिस्तान, म्यांमार, श्रीलंका व पूर्वी अफ्रीकी देशों से आए भारतीय मूल के व्यक्ति भी पात्र हैं

शैक्षिक योग्यता

  • मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री आवश्यक होनी चाहिए

आयु सीमा

  • 1 जुलाई 2025 तक आयु 21 से 28 वर्ष
  • जन्म 02-07-1997 से पहले और 01-07-2004 के बाद नहीं होना चाहिए
  • आरक्षण: सभी वर्गों को 3 वर्ष की छूट

शारीरिक फिटनेस

  • मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना अनिवार्य है
