Students who did not make it to the list belong to institutes like Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Management Development Institute (MDI), Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L) and Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi. It is assumed that while the list was being prepared, it could not be ascertained whether the students from these institutes participated in the initiative.
The ET Young Leaders B-School Edition is one of the platforms that is aimed at recognising and rewarding the most promising final year management students. It encourages, identifies and nurtures individuals with exceptional skills to lead management positions in organisations in the future.
More than 25,000 students from management institutes participated in the initiative since the last two editions, out of which 41 most deserving candidates were identified and rewarded.
Congratulations to all the winners!
