GTU Grading & Evaluation System (Latest)
The GTU grading and evaluation system is followed by the guidelines prescribed by the university. In the exam, there are two parts of the system in which a student's assessment is conducted as per the grading and evaluation system of Gujarat Technological University . Students are expected to clear all tests and exams to pass a particular semester.
Level 1
All students must appear for an internal assessment, which accounts for 30% of the total marks. The internal assessment is again split into two components - 20 marks for the mid-term examination and 10 for the internal evaluation.
Level 2
The students must appear for the semester exams of their respective courses conducted by the Gujarat Technological University. This exam carries 70% weightage of the total marks.

According to the GTU grading scale , by the end of the semester, the marks obtained in the internal assessment (maximum of 30 marks) and semester exams (maximum of 70 marks) will be added and converted into a grading system whose alphabet will be demarcated. CPI Calculation at Gujarat Technological University
