The online registration for D.Pharm has begun from June 5, 2025 in the online mode. The last date for candidates to apply for the online counselling process is August 14, 2025. The authorities will release the result of Inter-se-merit on August 21, 2025. Haryana D Pharm Eligibility Criteria 2025

The candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply for the D Pharm admissions in Haryana.

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics as their main subjects

Or

• Candidates should have secured an Intermediate degree in the Science stream.

Or

• Candidates should have secured any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India

• At the time of admission, the candidates should have attained 18 years of age

Applicants can follow the below mentioned steps in order to apply for Haryana D.Pharm Admission 2025.

• Candidates have to first visit the official website of HSTES at hstes.org.in
• Next register yourself for the D.Pharm course by entering all information like name, mail ID and phone number
• After completion of the registration process proceed to fill up the application form and enter all relevant information like personal details, academic qualifications, communication address etc.
• Next proceed to upload your signature and photograph
• After uploading the signature and photograph submit the application form and then proceed to pay the application fee
• After payment of application fee make final submission of the D.Pharm application form

• Class 10th Certificate with its mark sheet from Haryana Board or CBSE Board or any other Govt. Recognized Board showing Date of Birth, Father's Name & Mother's Name.

• Class 12th Certificate with its Mark Sheet from Haryana Board or CBSE Board or any other Govt. Recognized Board showing requisite subjects passed i.e. as mentioned by the PCI

• Provisional Degree Certificate issued from the College/University showing passed Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy examination (original)

• Mark-Sheets of Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy of all the years.

• Date of birth certificate

• Transfer Certificate from last studied institute

• Migration certificate

• Valid Identification Proof- Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Pan Card, Passport, etc

• Caste certificate (If Applicable)
