Today, NEET PG aspirants have organized a nationwide protest from 3 PM to 7 PM, hoping for their voices to be heard and for the exam to be postponed. One of the leading reasons for the plea is the delay in the counselling process of NEET 2021, which is still indefinitely going on in many states across the country. This delay has taken away the gap between NEET PG 2021 counselling and NEET PG 2022 Exam which is significant for preparation when it comes to a syllabus as vast as NEET PG. As aspirants are demanding a postponement of at least 8 to 10 weeks, it is likely that ABVP will raise this matter with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Earlier when NEET PG 2022 aspirants needed amendments in eligibility criteria to accommodate the students of the MBBS 2016 batch, ABVP had conducted a similar meeting and had presented a memorandum addressing the same.
