KEAM 2017: Last Date to Submit Application Form is February 28

The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala has announced that the deadline to submit application forms and required documents for KEAM 2017 examination will be February 28, 2017. The applicants need to submit the printout of the online application form along with necessary documents.

It is mandatory to submit the prescribed documents on time so that the applicants will not be excluded from taking the KEAM 2017 examination. The applicants who wish to avail concessions and scholarships apart from SC/ST/OEC categories have to submit the income certificate. The documents that the candidates have to submit differ for various categories. On the other hand, the candidates will have no choice to make corrections in the application form once submitted online.

The following are the documents that must be submitted along with KEAM 2017 application form.

Keralite Category: -

• The candidates have to submit the document, which shows the place of birth like Secondary School Leaving Certificate (or) Secondary School Leaving Certificate of Parents. (Or)
• Birth Certificate of the candidate or Parents, which is issued by a competent authority.

Non-Keralite Category: -

• The candidates need to submit a certificate, which shows that the candidates have studied Class 11 & Class 12 in Kerala. The candidates can obtain the certificate from the head of the institution where the candidates have studied.
• The candidates must also produce a Residence Certificate issued by Tahasildar, which shows that the candidates have been staying in Kerala for the past 12 years.

SC/ ST/ OEC Categories: -

• Apart from KEAM 2017 application form, the candidates need to submit a Caste Certificate.
• The candidates also need to submit the Proof of Nativity.

Apart from the above-mentioned documents, the candidates have to attach a photograph to the application form, which is self-attested and signed by the Head of the Institution. All these documents have to be sent to the prescribed address by February 28, 2017.

February 28, 2017, is the last date to submit the KEAM 2017 application form online and the examination will take place on April 24 & 25, 2017.
