PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College Vijaywada Organises Kurukshetra 2016

The Department of Business Administration of PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College , Vijaywada organized Kurukshetra 2016 , a cultural and literary fest on 17th February, 2016 at the college auditorium.

Chief Operations Officer of the KCP Sugar Industries, G.Venkateswara Rao inaugrated the event. Addressing the students, he said that the mangement students have to acquire more communication skills rather than technical knowledge. He also said that, with interactive skills, intelligence and commitment, anybody can achieve their target compiled with hard work.

Around 60 students from 10 colleges in the city, participated in the major eight competetions that were conducted by the Department of Business Management. The major competitions were:

• Akshaya Prasana [Business quiz]
• Padma Vuyh [Young Manager]
• Maya Sabha [Stock Market Stimulation]
• Creative Pandavas [Market Makers]
• Kaaliya Mardhana [HR Round]
• Narthanasala [Cultural Competition]
• Pravachana [Presentations]
• Srujana [Creative Round]

Students participated enthusiastically in the competetitions and showcased their management skills. Around 35 Students won prizes in these competitions.

Prizes and certificates were given to the winners at the Valedictory ceremony. Prizes were ditributed by the Dean of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science, G. Venkateswarlu.
