Eligibility Criteria for Meghalaya Paramedical Admissions 2025

Aspirants who wish to take admission in Paramedical Course in Meghalaya must meet the following eligibility criteria mentioned below:-

Nationality

Applicants need to be citizens of India. Additionally, students must bear a domicile certificate of Meghalaya to be eligible for Meghalaya Paramedical Admission 2025.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates need to pass higher secondary in the science stream from any recognized school/institution. Applicants applying for B.Pharm and D.Pharm should also have studied Mathematics as their main subject at the 10+2 level.

Minimum Marks

In order to be eligible, the candidates also need to secure at least 40% aggregate marks in  Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Age Limit

Candidates willing to participate in the Meghalaya Paramedical Admission 2025, need to be at least 17 years of age. The maximum age limit for admission is 25 years as of 31st December

Additionally, 5 years of relaxation will be provided for SC / ST candidates.

How to Apply for Meghalaya Paramedical Admissions 2025?

The application form for paramedical admissions in Meghalaya can only be submitted in both online and offline mode. The steps to fill the Meghalaya Paramedical Application form is mentioned below:-

Online Mode

• VIst the Department of Health & Family Welfare official website i.e. http://www.meghealth.gov.in/

• Fill out the application form by entering all your personal details such as name, date of birth, father name, mothers name, name of the course, contact details etc.

• After completing the form, click on the "Submit" button.

• Pay the application of Rs 250/- through net banking/ credit card or debit card.

Offline Mode

• The application form for Meghalaya Paramedical admission can only be obtained from the office of- Director of Health Services (MI), Meghalaya.

• Send the filled application form to the Director of health services (MI) Office at Shillong and the district medical & health officer, West Garo Hills, Tura.

• The candidate also needs to submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- (Rs 100/- for ST/SC)  drawn in the favour of Director of Health Services (MI), Meghalaya, Shillong.

• Candidates must also note that the requests for refund of the application fee will not be approved after the submission of the application form.

Meghalaya Paramedical Admission Process 2025: Selection Process

• The candidates who are eligible for Paramedical admission in Meghalaya and have successfully registered for the same will be able to participate in the Screening Round for the verification of original documents

• Based on the Screen Test the merit list will be prepared

• The final list of selected applicants for admission under all categories and the waiting list for each category will be published at the Notice Board of the Directorate of Health Services (MI)

• Candidates whose names appear on the merit list must be reported Under the Secretary of the Government of Meghalaya, Health & Family Welfare Department within the specified date and time

• Any selected candidate, who fails to report at the fixed date, will automatically lose his or her right of admission.

• The final list of selected candidates will be published on the official website i.e. www.meghalaya.gov.in and www.meghealth.gov.in
