To get the domicile certificate in offline mode, candidates who meet the Bihar Student Credit Card Eligibility must visit the Circle Officer, Sub-divisional Officers, or Village Administrative Officer. They can collect the application form from the office.
The application form should be filled up appropriately. There should be no wrong or misleading information.
The duly filled-up form must be submitted along with all mandatory documents including an indemnity proof (Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID card, PAN card, Passport, etc), Address Proof, and Affidavit from the head of Municipality, etc.
