To get the domicile certificate in offline mode, candidates who meet theBihar Student Credit Card Eligibilitymust visit the Circle Officer, Sub-divisional Officers, or Village Administrative Officer. They can collect the application form from the office.
The application form should be filled up appropriately. There should be no wrong or misleading information.
