ICAR Mop-Up Counselling
Following the conclusion of the regular counselling rounds, candidates have one last chance to be admitted into undergraduate and graduate agriculture programs offered by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) through the ICAR Mop-Up Counselling Round. The main purpose of this round is to fill open seats that have not been filled by candidates who have withdrawn or chosen not to join in previous rounds. The only candidates who can take part are those who were not given a seat in the previous rounds or who did not accept their seat.
Candidates must re-register, submit the necessary paperwork in the designated formats, pay the necessary counselling and seat acceptance fees, and make their selections during the mop-up round. There is no chance for an upgrade or withdrawal once a seat is assigned in this round; it is final. Candidates should thus exercise caution when participating and make sure that all eligibility and documentation requirements are satisfied.
