The ICAR AIEEA counselling 2025 is ongoing for the 4th round. The Round 4 seat allotment started from 5 pm; students can deposit the seat acceptance fee and generate the provisional admission letter. The ICAR-AU system would provide acceptance to 70% of the seats, i.e., 100% at IARI (New Delhi), Dr RPCAU (Pusa), ICAR-NDRI (Karnal), and RLBCAU (Jhansi) in postgraduate-level programs at 70 Agricultural Colleges for the Academic Session 2025-26. According to ICAR's Online Counselling policy, potential students who are deemed suitable for counselling will be considered for the program and AU allocation using the details that they submitted when registering for counselling. All the vacant seats, after the final round of the online ICAR AIEEA 2025 counselling process, will be filled up especially the ICAR quota seats. Once the online ICAR AIEEA counselling 2025 is over, the remaining vacant seats will be filled up as per the University criteria. The vacant seats at the end of the final round of the online counselling process will be treated as University seats instead of ICAR seats. Filling up the vacant seats after the conclusion of the online ICAR AIEEA counselling 2025 process will not be the responsibility of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Even the Universities will not inform the students regarding the filling up of the vacant seats.
Candidates who have successfully secured a seat through the ICAR AIEEA counselling 2025 procedure must report at the particular Agricultural University within the stipulated time period for the purpose of admission. The candidates must also possess a fair bit of knowledge regarding the fee structure of the University where they have been allocated a seat.
Any request for late admission or registration on behalf of the candidates shall not be entertained by the admission committee. It is thus advised to the candidates to not wait till the last date to apply for admission.
Since the institution does not offer a direct nomination for admission, students wishing to enrol in any undergraduate degree course in agriculture and related sciences at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) must take the CUET 2025 exam. The counselling process is expected to start by the third week of July 2025. Through this, ICAR provides admission to 12 undergraduate programs in agriculture and related sciences (except for veterinary sciences) at different agricultural universities on 20% of the available campus seats. The ICAR AIEEA counselling registration fee is INR 500 which students must pay at the time of choice filling. Candidates should, however, make the payment within the stipulated deadline stated by the conducting body.
