If you are preparing for admission to NIFT this year, the List of Documents Required for NIFT Counselling Process 2025 is the most important step you need to get right. You must upload self-attested copies of key documents like your 10th and 12th certificates, category certificates (if applicable), and specific annexures such as anti-ragging and medical fitness, all must be attached in a single PDF format between June 24 and July 1, 2025 . Format & File Guidelines for NIFT Counselling Documents 2025
To complete the NIFT 2025 counselling process smoothly:
Submit all documents as self-attested PDFs
The size of each file must be around 100 KB to 500 KB.
The file size must not be less than 50 kb.
The file size must not exceed 4 mb.
Keep filenames simple and clear (e.g., "12th_Marksheet_Amit.pdf")
If you fail to follow size or format requirements can result in rejection during document verification.
Seat Acceptance Fee Rule
In case you have been allotted a seat but you have not paid your admission fee in earlier rounds:
You must pay the seat acceptance fee during this round of counselling
If you don’t pay it within the deadline, your seat will be automatically cancelled
Make sure to regularly check the portal for fee payment windows and instructions. If you applied under the Artisan or Ward of Artisan category, you should not participate in the regular e-counselling process. Because NIFT will conduct a separate admission process for these candidates.
