The Telangana NEET UG Merit List 2025 has been released on September 12, 2025. Students will be invited for the state counselling based on the rank obtained in the rank list.
The provisional Telangana NEET UG Merit List 2025 has been published on September 12, 2025. The deadline to raise objections is September 14, 2025. The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences is expected to release the final Telangana NEET UG Merit List 2025 on September 15, 2025. What After Telangana NEET UG Merit List 2025 is Out?

- After the release of the Telangana NEET UG first provisional merit list, KNRUHS (the exam conducting authority) will invite objections against it.

NEET Telangana 2025 Merit List Tie-Breaker Policy
The detailed tie-breaking policy for the Telangana NEET 2025 merit list has been mentioned below:
- Students with higher marks in Biology will be given preference, followed by Chemistry and then Physics.
- If the tie persists, students with a lesser number of incorrect answers in all subjects will be given preference.

- If the tie persists, a randomly selected independent expert committee will be appointed to resolve the tie.
