TS DOST Seat Allotment 2025: Results for Phase 1 Seat Allotment for the TS DOST 2025 will be available on the official website, dost.cgg.gov.in, from May 29, 2025. Once students have logged in, they will see their allotment result and the merit list, which lists the colleges and courses they have been assigned. Students, especially those who accept their allotted seats, should ensure to save and download the Phase 1 allotment list for use in the future. From May 30 to June 6, 2025, Students who get their desired seat must complete the online self-reporting process to confirm their seats.  All Students who have confirmed their seats must submit the required documents, SSC marksheet, transfer certificate, self-reporting slip and any other necessary certificates.

Once the online self-reporting is done, students must also appear physically at their colleges from June 24 to June 28, 2025, bringing their allotment letters and their original documents to finally confirm their admissions. If a student is not satisfied with their allotted seat in the TS DOST Phase 1 Seat Allotment, they can take part in the Phase 2 counselling round, which has registration open from May 30 to June 8, 2025.

How to Download the TS DOST Seat Allotment Letter 2025?

Students can view and download their TS DOST Seat Allotment Letter 2025 from the official website by following the simple steps as given below:
  • Students must access the official website as mentioned above.
  • There is a “Candidate Login” button on the homepage, so students should click on it. (Check image below)
  • Now, students will be redirected to the candidate login page, where they must enter their DOST ID and PIN.
  • Now, they must select “Sign In” to get access to their account.
  • Click “Seat Allotment” on the dashboard to see their allotment information.
  • Students can download their provisional seat allotment letter after it is visible on the screen.
  • Students must save and take a printout of the allotment letter for use during physical reporting to the assigned college.

Reporting Process for TS DOST Seat Allotment Letter 2025

In this section, we have segregated the reporting process into two parts, one is the online self-reporting process and the one is the physical reporting process.

Details on the Online Self-Reporting Process

  • Once the TS DOST Seat Allotment Letter 2025 is released, Students who are fine with their allotted seats must login online and self-report their allotted seats to confirm them.
  • The online self-reporting process can be done by logging into the website, and providing login credentials, i.e. DOST ID and PIN, that Students received during registration.
  • Once logged in, Students are required to view and download their Seat Allotment Letter. At the same time, Students will have to submit some required documents, like: SSC marks memo, Intermediate marks memos, transfer and conduct certificates, bonafide and study certificates, income and caste certificates (if needed), migration certificate and passport-size photographs.
  • Students are also required to pay the seat confirmation fee through the online process. If the seat is not secured by completing self-reporting within the given dates schedule, it will be transferred to another candidate in later rounds.
  • Students can check below the list of documents required during the online self-reporting process:
    • TS DOST Allotment Letter (Self-reporting allotment slip)
    • SSC (10th Class) Marksheet/ Marks Memo
    • Intermediate (12th Class) Marksheet/ Marks Memo
    • Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the last attended institution
    • Bonafide and Study Certificates (from Class 4 to Intermediate)
    • Conduct Certificate issued by the appropriate authority
    • Migration Certificate (if needed)
    • Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement or EWS Students, if needed)
    • Caste/ Category Certificate (if needed)
    • Certificate of any Bridge Courses (if needed)
    • Certificate of Equivalency (if needed)
    • Aadhaar Card or other valid Photo ID Proof (such as Driving License, PAN card, Voter card)
    • Passport-size Photographs

Details on Physical Reporting Process

Students who have confirmed their seats online through the self-reporting process for Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III will be required to report physically to their allotted colleges between the dates mentioned above. During physical reporting at colleges, students must provide their original documents, such as the allotment letter and all the other documents that they had uploaded during the online self-reporting process. Admission will only be approved if students provide the required documents to their colleges, and the colleges successfully verify all the provided documents.

Note: Online self-reporting and physical reporting to the assigned colleges are both compulsory for Students to confirm their allotted seats.
