Who is eligible for the CSAB special round counselling 2025: If you haven't secured a seat in JoSAA counselling or are looking for a better college option post seat allotment, you can participate in the CSAB special round counselling. However, before joining the counselling, you should be aware of who is eligible for CSAB special round counselling 2025. The CSAB will commence the CSAB special round counseling from July 30, 2025 . The vacant seats for the NIT+ system are filled through CSAB special rounds 1 and 2. CSAB also conducts a supernumerary round for admission to UTs like Andaman, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu, Dadra, and Nagar Haveli in the NITs. Other CSAB NEUT rounds are also conducted for allocating seats under North-East states and territories. Who is eligible for CSAB special round counselling 2025?

- Applicants who have not registered in the JoSAA counseling rounds but are eligible as per the eligibility criteria.
- Applicants who have registered in JoSAA but were not granted a seat.
- Applicants participating in the JoSAA have been allotted seats. However, the seat is canceled due to non-payment of seat acceptance fees.
- Applicants who have participated in JoSAA and have been allotted seats in IIT but have canceled seats post document verification, withdrawn from the allotted seats, or have taken admission therein.
- Applicants who participated in JoSAA have been allocated seats in the NIT+ system and have been admitted to the allotted college after paying the seat acceptance fee and partial acceptance fees.
- Applicants who have opted for the exit option for JoSAA.
- Applicants who have participated in JoSAA 2025 have been allocated seats in the NIT+ system but have withdrawn from the allotted seats.
- Applicants who have participated in JoSAA but were allocated seats in the NIT+ system, but the seat got cancelled after document verification. They should not have been allotted seats in any JoSAA rounds.
- Applicants who have participated in the JoSAA have been allocated seats in the NIT+ system and have paid the seat acceptance fees and documents have been verified successfully. However the seats have been canceled due to payment not being done.
