Delay in JEE Main 2020 Registration Date

As per a fresh notification issued by the NTA (National Testing Agency), theJEE Main 2020January session has been delayed by a day. Theapplication process for JEE Main 2020which was going to commence on 2nd September 2019 earlier, will now begin from 3rd September 2019.

The public notice issued by the National Testing Agency today on its official website said that the candidates aspiring to qualify JEE Main 2020 - January Examination will be able to submit their applications online from 3rd September 2020 onwards.

About JEE Main Exam

The JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main is a national-level examination conducted for admissions to variousengineering colleges across India. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) twice a year. The first session of the examination is usually conducted in January whereas, the second session is conducted in April. This year, themerit list of JEE Mainwill be based on students’ percentile scores. The exam will be conducted in an online mode, which means it will a computer-based examination.
