JEE Main Merit List 2025

JEE Main 2025 Merit List will be published online by NTA (National Testing Agency) along with the result. Candidates can access the JEE Common Rank List (CRL) online at jeemain.nta.nic.in through the candidate portal. To view the JEE Main rank list, candidates who will be appearing for the exam must provide their application number and password. 

Candidates can check the CRL (Common Rank List) versus category rank for JEE Mains 2025 in online mode. The rank list for JEE Mains is compiled after considering the highest scores of all the students who appeared in either one or both sessions of JEE Main 2025. Additionally, candidates have the option to check the marks and list of the IIT JEE Main Toppers online. It's important to note that the participating institutes for JEE Main 2025 use the rank obtained by candidates to offer admission into their courses.

How to Access JEE Main 2025 Merit List?

In order to access the JEE Main merit list 2025, the candidates must follow the steps given below:

  • The candidates will be required to visit the JEE Main website first

  • Next, the candidates will be required to enter their roll number and date of birth and click on the “Submit” button

  • The candidates will land on a new page where the JEE Main 2025 merit list will be displayed

  • The candidates have to check if their name is present on the list, following which they will be required to download the same for future use

  • The JEE Main 2025 merit list will be prepared after the marks obtained by the candidates are put through the normalization process

  • To rank the candidate’s NTA score in both attempts will be taken into consideration

What steps are involved in creating the JEE Main Rank List 2025?

The steps involved in preparing the JEE Main 2025 Rank List are explained below. 

  • After the candidates' original JEE Main 2025 exam scores have been normalized, the authorities will compile the NTA scores.
  • Separate NTA scores for each subject will be shown along with the total score.
  • The highest four scores will be taken into consideration while creating the rank list.
  • If a contender only made one try, that one will be taken into account when rating them.
