GATE 2025 ME Qualifying Cutoff Marks: IIT Roorkee has published the official GATE 2025 cutoff for Mechanical Engineering after the announcement of the GATE 2025 result . On this page, we have provided the GATE 2025 ME qualifying cutoff marks for all categories (General, OBC/EWS, and SC/ST) for those of you who have taken the GATE 2025 exam . GATE ME 2025 General Category Qualifying Marks

The GATE 2025 qualifying marks for the general category have increased and recorded the highest at 35.8 compared to the last 4. years. From 2022 to 2024, the ME qualifying cutoff has varied from 28.1 to 28.5 marks. However, in 2021, the GATE Mechanical Engineering cutoff score was 33, significantly higher than past three years. The GATE 2025 Mechanical Engineering cutoff for SC/ST has also increased to 23.8 and recorded highest compared to last 4 years.
