GATE Counselling 2024

GATE counselling 2024 has begun with the start of the GATE COAP 2024 registration on March 19, 2024. IISc Bangalore has declared the GATE result 2024 on March 16, 2024. The time window for candidates to view offers and take a decision in GATE COAP 2024 round 1 is from May 13 to 15, 2024. The GATE CCMT 2024 registrations are likely to begin on June 5, 2024. The GATE counselling process will be conducted to provide admissions to those candidates who cleared the GATE 2024 with the minimum qualifying marks. However, the exam authority does not conduct the counselling process of GATE. For IITs, a Centralized Online Admission Process (COAP) is conducted for admission in M.Tech and PSU recruitment. On the other hand, the online admission process for NIT, IIIT and GFTI is called Centralized Counselling for M.Tech (CCMT).

COAP Counselling 2024: The Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) is responsible for managing the admission process for MTech courses offered by IITs. IIT Kanpur will conduct the counselling schedule for COAP 2024 after the results are declared.

CCMT Counselling 2024: Centralized Counselling for MTech (CCMT) is conducted for admission to MTech programs offered by NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and CFTIs. NIT Delhi will host the CCMT 2024 counselling, where multiple colleges and institutes will take part to allocate seats in M. Tech./M. Arch./M. Plan. programs.
