The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Amongst popular courses, B.Com course or Bachelor of Commerce courses are often opted by students after qualifying class 12th. 

The admission to the B.Com course is based on the Common University Entrance Test or CUET 2024 entrance examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The CUET 2024 exam will be conducted between May 15-31, 2024 in an online exam. The exam will be conducted in three slots, 120 minutes for first slot, 120 minutes for second slot, and 180 minutes for third slot.

• Visit the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and click on the 'Admission' tab and click on 'Online Admission Form' 

• Read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration, then click 'Start' to start with the registration process.

• Enter the program information and register yourself by entering the name, email address, and phone number. While registering, candidates can choose between 'CUET' and 'Non-CUET' courses in this section.

• After the registration, candidates will receive an application number, user ID, and password.

• Log in with the received user id and password.

• Fill the application form by entering personal details, such as name, parents' name, age, nationality, address, etc. 

• At last upload the required set of documents and pay the prescribed application fee via debit card/ credit card/ net banking.

IPU B.Com Selection Process 2024

The selection process of IPU B.Com course depends upon the marks secured in the entrance exam and on successful completion of counselling process.

Though, all the eligible candidates appeared for the entrance exam, only the one who qualified with a good rank, make it to the selection process.

• Firstly, candidates who are eligible have to appear for the CUET 2024 entrance test.
• After the entrance exam is successfully conducted the official exam. Conducting body; NTA releases the result. 
• Finally, on the basis of the result, GGSIPU releases the CUET merit list. The merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the CUET 2024 exam.
• All the students who have their name in the merit list have to appear for the counselling process which is conducted online. The individuals have to fill the  counselling form and pay the counselling fees in order to appear for the counselling process.
• Under the counselling process, students will undergo physical verification of documents and other admission formalities.
• The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit, marks secured in the entrance exam, availability of seats, successful counselling process and preference of colleges chosen.
