Ganpat University accepts JEE Main and GUJCET scores for admission to the BTech course. JEE Main 2024 session two paper one result was released by NTA on April 24, 2024. Ganpat University admission process for BTech requires candidates to qualify for JEE Main or GUJCET. NTA has concluded the JEE Main 2024 session two exams, and the results have been released. 

Ganpat University admissions are offered to both national and international candidates. The admission process is similar for all courses and specialisations. Students must familiarise themselves with the eligibility criteria and fees structure before applying to the university. Since 2021, the university has also started to accept the Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam to provide admission to its industry-linked UG engineering programmes. The Ganpat University admission process is different for domestic and international students. Candidates can checkout the eligibility criteria, entrance exams required and course fees before heading on to complete the GUNI application process.

Application form

Step 1: Visit the official website of Ganpat University and click on the ‘Apply Now – 2024’ option.

Step 2: Enter all relevant details and click on the ‘Register’ option.

Step 3: Fill out the online application form and carefully provide all mandatory personal and educational details requested. Place not that the email address you provide at registration will be used for all communications up until your enrollment is complete. Under no circumstances will it be possible to change your email ID.

Step 4: Now the candidate may proceed to pay the application fee.

Step 1: Students can access the online application form by visiting the Ganpat University application portal. 

Step 2: They need to pay the Rs 350 (non-refundable) application fee to complete the application process. Online payment will be performed using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. 

Step 3: Only after you have successfully paid the Ganpat University application fee and received your registration number will your application process be completed.

Cut off and counselling

Step 1: After the application process has concluded, the university will release a cut off list  based on merit, preference, and seat availability.

Step 2: Provisional admission will be offered via the internet in accordance with the schedule. The university reserves the ability to hold the admissions process on campus as well, by calling candidates based on merit.

Step 3: The provisional admission will only be finalised following verification of the candidates' identity, age, and academic credentials as well as their original documentation.

Step 1: Candidates who have received confirmation can then go ahead and pay their required course fees online using bank transfer through Axis Bank to the account named GANPAT UNIVERSITY, Branch Address: Mehsana, Gujarat, India, Beneficiary Account no.: 130010100235204, IFCS Code: UTIB0000130 and SWIFT Code: AXISINBBA40.

Step 2: Student shall receive an email regarding the confirmation of payment. After paying the required fees, the candidate can freeze the admission for the branch that was offered to him; but, after doing so, the candidate will no longer be eligible for offers of admission in any other branch.

Step 3: Candidates are suggested to save all the fee receipts and application forms for future references.

GUNI diploma programme is offered to candidates who have passed class 10. This diploma is offered in two types: three year diploma or six year diploma + degree.
