Steps to Fill CUET 2025 M.Pharm Application Form

Given below are the 3 main steps to fill out CUET MPharm application form 2025. Candidates must note that they can only submit their application forms online via the NTA website.

Step 1: Registration Form

• Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number.

• Fill in the required details, create a password, and choose a security question with an answer.

• After successful submission, an Application number will be generated and will be required for all future reference/correspondence.

• The Application number will also be used for both Sessions of CUET (PG) 2025.

• Candidates can log in with the respective system-generated Application Number and created Password for subsequent logins.

Step 2: Application Form

• Log in with the system-generated Application Number and pre-created Password.

• Complete the Application Form, including filling in personal details, selecting the exam cities, providing educational qualifications, and uploading scanned images of their photograph and signature.

• The photograph should be in either color or black & white, with 80% of the face visible (without a mask) against a white background.

• The scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format, with sizes ranging between 10 kb to 200 kb for the photograph and 4 kb to 30 kb for the signature.

Step 3: Fee Payment

• Candidates have to pay the examination fee after completing Step 1 and Step 2.

• The fee can be submitted online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI Services.

• Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.

• The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate.

• If the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the fee, then the candidate may have to approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway to ensure the successful payment or to obtain the refund of duplicate/multiple payments.

• Download, save, and print a copy of the Confirmation Page of the Application Form for future reference. The page will be downloadable only after the successful remittance of the fee.

CUET M.Pharm 2025 Admit Card
