  • Age Limits:Your minimum age must be 18 or 21 years. However, this varies depending on the department. The maximum age is generally 30–35 years for General category. As per government norms, there is an age relaxation of3 years for OBCand5 years for SC/STcandidates.

  • Professional Experience:Freshers, i.e. individuals with no work experience, are eligible for most entry-level hospital pharmacist roles like ESIC and RRB. However, a minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in a recognized hospital will be required for some specialized roles like Grade II Pharmacists in certain autonomous bodies.
