The undergraduate courses offered by NEHU Shillong include BA, BSc, BA LLB, BTech, BEd, and BArch. NEHU Shillong UG Eligibility Criteria 2025
Students must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to be considered for college admission:
Students who have completed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognised board are eligible for admission to BA/ BSc programmes.
Students who have completed their 10+2 with at least 50% marks are considered eligible for the BA LLB (Honours) course.
Students must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised university to be considered for admission to the BEd programme.
In each course, 30% of the seats are reserved for Open Students, 50% for SC/ ST Students, 3% for Physically Disabled Students, and 10% for NEHU Employees' children/spouses.
The university reserves seats for ex-servicemen, outstanding athletes, and Meghalaya's economically disadvantaged residents.
The University offers nine undergraduate programmes, including the BA, BTech, and BSc. Admission to these programmes is based on the results of the previous qualifying exam or national/university-level entrance exams.
