The allocation of seats into various BSc agriculture colleges of Odisha through the OUAT seat allotment process is done based on the -

After they get the seat allotment notification, they must log in to the dashboard and check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment letter. The candidates then have to pay the seat allocation fee via any of the available payment methods. Candidates willing to upgrade their seats can pay the seat allocation fee once they are allocated a seat of their desire but those who are satisfied with their allocation must pay the allocation fee immediately. Seat Upgradation - Candidates not satisfied with their allocated seats can opt for this process where they do not have to pay the allocation fee and wait until the declaration of the subsequent round of seat allotment results. If a higher seat is allocated in the subsequent round then the previous allotment is automatically cancelled. Candidates applying for the “upgradation” process must download the upgradation letter and wait for the declaration of the next round of seat allotment results.
