The OUAT 2025 eligibility criteria require students to have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks in the Science stream from a recognized board. Students must have chosen Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology as their core subjects in Class 12th.

To get into the university, you have to take an entrance exam with 100 marks. The questions are subjective, covering topics from the Master's course. A final selection is made based on an interview after a candidate has qualified for the entrance examination.
