The UP NEET Merit List 2025 is has been released on August 11, 2025 the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Uttar Pradesh. The state merit list is released online in a PDF format. What After the UP NEET Merit List 2025 is Out?

The counselling authorities use tie-breaking criteria when two or more students secure equal scores in the NEET UG exam. The tie-breaking is listed below:

• When the total marks obtained are equal, the scores in Biology are considered. Students with higher marks in Biology will be assigned higher marks.

• If the aforementioned method fails to break the tie, marks obtained in Chemistry will be considered. Students who acquire higher marks in Chemistry will be given preference.

• To break the persistent tie, students who attempted fewer incorrect responses will be allotted a higher rank.
