The document was released online in a PDF format along with the Round 1 Seat Allotment Result. Unlike every year, the MCC did not release any separate NEET All India Rank List 2025. The NEET 2025 Exam was conducted on May 4, 2025, and the NEET 2025 Result was published on June 14, 2025. Students who are featured on the all India NEET merit list 2025 are deemed eligible for participation in the AIQ NEET Counselling.
The NEET state-wise rank list 2025 PDF download link will be activated by the respective state counselling authorities on behalf of the MCC. State-wise toppers in NEET UG 2025 will be eligible to participate in the state counselling process based on the state-wise NEET 2025 Rank List. While preparing the NEET all india rank list 2025, it is a very common instance that two or more applicants might score the same marks. Hence, it becomes difficult to rank them accordingly. Students can refer to the pointers below to learn more about the tie breaking criteria of NEET merit list 2025.
Rule 1: Students with the highest marks in the Biology section will be placed in a higher position
Rule 2: If the tie persists, students scoring the highest marks in the Chemistry section will be given preference
Rule 3: If the tie persists, students with the highest marks in the Physics section will be given preference
Rule 4: If the tie persists, students answering the least number of incorrect answers will be given preference in the merit list
Rule 5: In case the tie still exists, students with the least number of incorrect answers in the Biology section will be preferred over other candidates
Rule 6: If the tie continues, students answering the lowest number of incorrect answers in the Chemistry section will be preferred
Rule 7: If the tie continues, students with the lowest number of incorrect answers in the Physics section will be preferred
Rule 8: If the tie still persists, older students will be given preference over other students
Rule 9: In case the tie is still there, it will be resolved randomly by an independent expert committee set up by the exam conducting body.
Once the NEET All India Rank List 2025 with marks PDF download is released, students who are qualified to participate in the NEET Counselling process will have to register themselves online. They can either participate in the AIQ NEET 2025 Counselling or the State-wise NEET Counselling. After registering for the counselling process, students will be required to participate in the NEET 2025 Choice Filling wherein they will submit their choices of courses and colleges in the order of preference. This will be followed by the NEET 2025 Seat Allotment process and finally, the reporting to the allotted institutes. The seat allotment result will be released separately for each round of counselling.
