West Bengal D.Pharm Application Process 2025

The aspirants who meet all the eligibility criteria for admission to the diploma programme will be able to complete the West Bengal D.Pharm admission application process 2025. The WB Government has outlined that all application forms are to be submitted in Online Mode, at the official website of WB Health and Family Welfare, i.e. wbhealth.gov.in. • On the stipulated date and time, you, an aspirant, must visit the official website and click on the Online Application Form Link provided on the page.

• You will be directed to another page, where you will be required to enter the necessary details requested by the website. Ensure that all the details that have been entered are correct and complete to your knowledge.

• Once all the details have been entered and submitted, candidates will be asked to pay the WB D.Pharm application fee (as defined below), via a DD.

All candidates who have applied for D.Pharm admissions in the government pharmacy institutes must wait for the WB D.Pharm Merit Lists 2025. These merit lists will contain the names of all candidates who have applied for and have been shortlisted for admission to the D.Pharm courses. The merit lists will contain the names of the candidates in descending order, created based on the marks they obtained in the qualifying exam.

West Bengal D.Pharm Counselling Process 2025

Following the subsequent release of the merit lists for D.Pharm admission, the WB D.Pharm counselling process 2025 will commence. There are three participating colleges, viz., Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri , Institute of Pharmacy Kalyani , and Institute of Pharmacy Bankura, who would be allocating seats to prospective students. Here are the steps that would be followed during the D.Pharm counselling process in West Bengal for 2025 admissions.

• Candidates are required to visit the respective colleges and present the necessary documents such as the application forms, Domicile certificates, physical fitness certificates, mark sheets, photographs, etc.

• Each candidate will go through a document verification process in the order of the ranks obtained by the applicants and reservation quota, till all the seats have been assigned

• Candidates will also be required to sign in the attendance sheet on the stipulated date and time of the 1st round of counselling. Candidates who fail to sign in will not be considered for the counselling process. Signed-in candidates will be called for 2nd round of counselling processes as well if seats are left vacant.

Documents Needed for West Bengal D.Pharm Counselling Process 2025

On the day of the 1st Counselling session, all candidates are required to appear at the counselling centre with the appropriate original documents and one photocopy of each document. Here is the list of the documents needed for the West Bengal D.Pharm counselling process 2025.

• Hard Copy of Application Form, downloaded from the official website.

• Residential or Domicile Certificate issued and signed by the Competent Authority.

• Medical fitness (Mental and Physical) certificate, issued by a registered MBBS graduated medical practitioner.

• Eye Certificate issued by a registered eye specialist, proving the absence of colour blindness and the acumen of vision.

• Two Self-Attested copies of proof of Date of Birth, i.e. Birth Certificate or Class 10th (Madhyamik) Admit Card along with the original documents.

• Two Self-Attested copies of the Class 12th mark sheet or the equivalent exam.

• Three recent stamp-sized colour photographs of the candidate.

• If applicable, the appropriate reservation certificate issued by the competent authority.

• For PwD candidates, a self-attested copy of PwD certificate, 2 passport-size photographs, and proof of age should be brought to the Medical Officer-In-Charge of the Central Medical Board at Kolkata Medical College.
