About HR Assistant

HR Assistant is a person who coordinates with the HR Managers and HR Directors to manage the activities related to human resources. He is responsible for maintaining the database of record and posting job ads. HR Assistant also take care of some other activities such as training, hiring and recruitment of new employees. Apart from this, he also handles other activities such as handling the travel and resident arrangements for the company executives and scheduling the office party. A good HR Assistant should have knowledge of all HR functions and working of human resources. He should have to ability to follow the instructions of HR Managers and HR directors and good listening skills.
