After Round 1 admission concluded, the School Education and Sports Department has begun the FYJC 2023 Round 2 registration on June 27, 2023. Students who have successfully completed and passed their Class 10 or any equivalent exam from a recognized board or university are eligible to appear for the Nagpur FYJC 2023-24 admission procedure. By applying to this process students can get admission to various junior colleges located in Nagpur. Nagpur FYJC 11th Admission Eligibility
Students who wish to apply for Nagpur FYJC 11th Admission must check the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
- The student must have passed his/her class 10 or SSC or equivalent exam with English as one of the subjects.
- Students who are passing their Class 10 exams with General Mathematics as a subject can apply for any stream(Arts, Commerce, Science, and HSVC), but they cannot opt for mathematics in any of the streams. Those students are also not eligible for the Bifocal subjects in the Science stream.
- For admission to the science stream, only those students who have passed their Class 10 examinations (SSC) or an equivalent examination with science as a subject are eligible. The student must have scored minimum 35% marks in science.
- Students applying under the reserved category must need to provide the latest caste certificate against the reservation claimed.
FYJC Nagpur 11th Admission Process
The admission for FYJC Nagpur 11th will start once the SSC (Class 10th) Result is announced by the board. The FYJC Nagpur 11th Admission Process 2023 will go through the following rounds:
Zero Round: To enter into the Bifocal Streams and HSVC streams through the Centralised admission process, this round is conducted before the commencement of regular rounds. This round initiates the admission to various Junior Colleges in the seats coming under the management quota, minority quota, and intra-institutional inhouse quota. All the vacant seats after the end of round zero are filled as per the merit of the students.
Three Regular Rounds: Three regular rounds are organised after the Zero round for admission. In these three rounds, the seats are allotted on the basis of a merit list prepared by the colleges for admitting students. The list is made on the basis of marks obtained in Class 10th. Preference is given to the students depending on the reservation policy. Students who could not get admission through Zero round can apply for regular rounds.
Special Round: After the end of 3 regular rounds a special round is also conducted for those candidates who failed to grab a seat in earlier rounds. All the remaining students can participate in this special round for admission.
First Come First Serve (FCFS) Round: The FCFS round is done to allot the remaining seats to candidates who failed to get any in the earlier rounds. It is on the basis of first come first serve so those who are early will get the seat. Also, students who canceled their admission in earlier rounds or were restricted can also participate in this round.

Online Application Form of FYJC Nagpur Admission 2023
Students who wish to take admission in FYJC Nagpur will have to fill out the application form. The Online Application Form of FYJC Nagpur Admission 2023 will be released in the online mode on the official website. The FYJC Nagpur 11th Admission 2023 application form consists of two parts: Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 form will be filled out before the declaration of the SSC result and need to be approved only once. However, the part 2 form will be released after the declaration of the SSC result and can be updated before each round of admission.

Part 1 Application Form
- Visit the official website mentioned above.
- A new page will open, click on the application form link.
- The information of regular students appearing for admission will appear automatically on the screen. The candidates will be able to check their information after entering their SSC seat number.
- If the information does not appear on the screen automatically, the candidates will have to fill in the information manually.
- Further, the students are required to fill the admission form using all the necessary information such as name, mother’s name, date of birth, mobile number, categories, etc.
- Provide all documents required for approval.
- Take a printout of the application form and save it for further reference.
- The students whose form is not approved will have the pending tag and will not be considered for the online admission process. Such students can also not fill out the Part 2 form.
Part 2 Application Form
- The students will be able to fill the Part 2 form after completion & approval of the Part 1 form.
- As Part 1 completes, you will be directed to Part 2 which will display the total marks & percentage of the best 5 subjects in SSC. The candidates will have to enter the SSC marks manually.
- The students will have to enter their marks and choose a stream and medium of instructions for admission.
- The list of junior colleges will be displayed. The candidates will have to select the college as per their preference.
- The candidates can select a minimum of one and a maximum of 10 Junior colleges for admission.
- After filling out the form, the candidates will have to take a printout of the form and save it for future reference.

FYJC Nagpur 11th Admission Fees
The admission fees for aided division of Nagpur Junior Colleges will be as per the fees fixed by the Government of Maharashtra. However, the admission fees for self-financed and un-aided Junior Colleges in Nagpur will be as per the Maharashtra Educational Institutes (regulation of fees) act 2011 by the School Management. So, as per this, all different colleges can have different fees. Also, for both IT and Bifocal subjects, separate fees will be charged.
