Who is Eligible for TS ECET 2025 Final Phase Counselling: Following the first phase of counselling and seat allotment, students who are not satisfied with the allocation or have not secured a seat are eligible to participate in the final phase of TS ECET 2025 counselling . The TS ECET final phase counselling 2025 began from July 11, 2025. The certificate verification process was conducted on July 14, 2025, and the window to exercise web options was available from July 14 to 15, 2025. The TS ECET final phase seat allotment was released on July 18, 2025. TS ECET Final Phase Counselling 2025 Process
To increase your chances of seat allotment, you should exercise as many options as possible. The TS ECET 2025 Final Phase Counselling Process/ Rules are listed below:
The provisional allotment for the final phase will be released on the official website of TS ECET.
You can download the provisional allotment letter by visiting the official website and logging in with the ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth.
You will have to pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the provisional allotment letter using Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card mode.
Further, you will have to self-report through the website or report to the allotted college and register with biometrics for attendance in the college to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
An admission number will be generated in the student portal on the official website after self-reporting through the online system. You need to take a printout and report to your allotted college.
You must bring all the certificates and documents required at the time of reporting to the college otherwise your seats will be cancelled.
If you do not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and you shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat.

Important Points to Note About TS ECET 2025 Final Phase Counselling
You must keep in mind the following important points regarding TS ECET 2025 Final Phase Counselling:
The options exercised by you for round 1 will not be considered for the final phase, and you have to exercise the options again.
If you are satisfied with your previous allotment and paid the Tuition Fee online and self-reported through the website need not exercise options once again. In this case, you will have to report to the allotted college and register with Biometric for attendance at the college.
If you exercise options and a seat is allotted as per your options, the vacated seat by that you (that was earlier allotted) will be allotted to the next eligible student, and you will have no claim on the previous allotment
